• Appointment details: service address and ZIP code, date and time, package and add-ons.
• Vehicle details: year, make, model, size and paint condition.
• Photos: vehicle photos you choose to upload for a quote.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form, email, call or text.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site, collected with cookies and similar tools.

• To schedule, perform, confirm, reschedule and cancel your appointment.
• To take payments and issue refunds.
• To send confirmations, reminders and receipts, and to answer your questions.
• To recommend a package from your photos or answers (processed by an AI service on our behalf).
• To understand how our website is used and measure how well our advertising works.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google (calendar scheduling, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads)
• Ahrefs (website analytics)
• Our email, website hosting and database providers

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We use cookies and similar tools from Google and Ahrefs to count visits and to see which ads lead to bookings or inquiries. Under California law, sharing this information with advertising partners may be called "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by emailing us (see below), by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, by visiting Google Ad Settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We keep appointment and payment records as long as needed to provide service and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Uploaded quote photos are used only for your quote and are not kept longer than needed.

You can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of its sharing for advertising. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and private appointment links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
